Assessing Sanctions and Export Controls on Russia

Chris Miller will measure the impact of economic sanctions on Russia, gauge the effectiveness of Russia’s efforts to evade sanctions, examine the extent to which export controls have limited Russia’s access to advanced technology, and assess the sources of Russia’s apparent resilience. The project’s findings will appear in a series of papers and briefings.
