Jamil Jaffer will lead an effort to train federal judges on how to better protect sensitive U.S. technology from acquisition by foreign adversaries during bankruptcy proceedings. He will convene a judicial training seminar on how judges may better identify the risk of technological leakage in court proceedings and use new legal and policy tools to protect sensitive technology.
