Districtwide School Choice: Lessons from Indianapolis

Marcus Winters and Kirsten Slungaard Mumma will examine whether a large-scale school choice program can increase student achievement. They will analyze data from the Indianapolis school district to assess the educational impacts of students’ enrollment in a variety of district public schools and charter schools. The project’s findings will appear in a series of papers and policy briefs.
