NPEC Overclassification Working Group

Henry Sokolski will lead an effort to identify how the U.S. government could improve national security outcomes by reforming procedures for handling classified information. He will organize a series of workshops to address issues with how U.S. national security agencies manage the classification process and to identify proposals to reduce inefficiencies associated with excessive classification. The project’s findings will be presented in a report.
