Wake of Destruction: Exposing the Shadow Logistics Networks Powering Collaboration Among China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea

John Arterbury and Andrew Boling will examine the logistics networks that facilitate trade among China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. They will collect and analyze public records pertaining to shipping and transportation logistics; satellite imagery; real-time ship and plane tracking information; device tracking information; media and social media postings to track human networks; and information from local sources. The project’s findings will be presented in a report.
