Seth Jones will research and write a book setting forth an agenda to reinvigorate the U.S. defense industrial base. He will undertake research at governmental and corporate archives on the evolution of the U.S. defense industrial base since World War II and will interview policymakers and experts about the competition between the U.S. and Chinese defense industrial bases.
