Emily Mohr will direct the research program of the Education Policy Innovation Collaborative, a policy lab examining Michigan’s efforts to improve the quality of its schools. The lab will assess Michigan’s Partnership Model, which deploys a variety of supports and mandates to improve low-performing schools and districts. The policy lab’s output will appear in a series of reports, policy briefs, and articles.
