Gabriel Collins, David Gantz, and Tony Payan will research and write a monograph examining the nature and extent of China’s efforts to expand its economic presence in Mexico. They will build a database on Chinese investments and economic activities in Mexico since 2008, conduct interviews with both U.S. and Mexican officials and business leaders, and organize four workshops to solicit feedback from expert communities.
