Treating Allies and Partners as Allies and Partners

Daniel Byman, Cynthia Cook, Sean Monaghan, Benjamin Jensen, and Seth Jones will examine how the United States can strengthen its approach to intelligence sharing, strategic planning, and building allied capacity with Japan, Poland, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. The project’s findings will appear in a series of papers and a report.
