U.S. Strategy to Compete with Iran

Seth Jones will lead an effort to develop a competitive strategy toward Iran in the aftermath of the U.S. departure from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. He will analyze primary and secondary source materials pertaining to Iranian capabilities and strategic designs in key theaters; identify U.S. options for military, diplomatic, financial, and other actions; and develop a long-term strategy to compete with Iran. The project’s findings will appear in a monograph and a series of articles and briefings.
